Yes you are the owner of the land. There are certain terms and conditions to your ownership and this is to ensure all land owners get to enjoy the land, for example you are not permitted to build anything on the land as this could spoil the natural beauty for others. You are invited to visit the land whenever you wish and I would be delighted if you contacted me in advance so I can arrange to show you your land and the surrounding sights of interest.

Yes it is legal. Many months were spent engaging with a legal team to ensure every detail was captured correctly to ensure the customer can rest assured this is legal. If you are unhappy for any reason we offer a full refund.

This is a leasehold ownership which is automatically renewed every 20 years so you own the land forever. The benefit of this structure is that the responsibility of the land remains with Corner of Ireland and we can ensure the land retains its unspoilt beauty. Records are held on each plot and we record the name of the person assigned ownership to each plot. You are welcome to visit your land at any time and I would be delighted to show you your land and the surrounding sights of interest.

Each plot is one square foot and multiple plots are available to purchase, if you would like to purchase multiples please contact me directly I would be delighted to help you.

We ship worldwide. As a result, shipping times vary depending on the destination. On average, delivery can take between 10 days and three weeks. 

You are welcome to visit the land whenever your wish. In fact, if you let us know that you are planning a trip we will be more than happy to arrange to bring you to the land and show you around the local area. 

There are no charges or taxes. Once you purchase the land there will never be an addional payment to be made, either to oursleves or the Irish government. There is no property tax, stamp duty, or similar on this type of land sale.

Ownership of land does not entitle the owner to citizenship.
